What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship, including:

• Mechanical and structural component failures;
• Electrical failures, including integrated LED components;
• Hardware and other component failures.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship, including:

• Variations in natural materials, including color, grain or texture differences
• Minor imperfections in handmade products
• Damage caused by improper handling or cleaning of finishes
• Fading or deterioration of products used outdoors or in coastal environment
• Unauthorized alterations, customizations, or modifications
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Damages caused by natural disasters
• Standard light bulbs

Who This Warranty Applies To

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase.

Transferability is limited:
If the original purchaser is a builder, contractor, or developer who installs the product in a newly constructed or remodeled residence, the warranty may be transferred one time to the first homeowner using the dwelling as a primary or secondary residence. The new owner must be a natural person.
Beyond this instance, the warranty cannot be assigned or transferred unless required by law.

What We Will Do

Astremier, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace, free of charge, any product or component part proven to be defective in material, workmanship, or which fails within the warranty period.

If a warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping replacement parts or products to you.

Note: Replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from those originally supplied. These are your exclusive remedies.

After the Warranty Period

Beyond the 3-year coverage, Astremier will continue to offer technical assistance.
However, replacement parts and technical services provided after the warranty period will incur additional costs.

Limitation of Implied Warranties & Liability

Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astremier is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Labor costs for the original installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product or any defective component.
• Labor or material charges for removing, reinstalling, repainting, refinishing, or replacing items or building materials required to repair or replace the product or component.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages or on the duration of implied warranties; therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you. Refer to your local laws for your specific rights under this warranty.

Finish Care & Cleaning

Initial care for finishes requires only periodic cleaning with a soft cloth, dampened with water. A mild non-abrasive soap may be used along with a soft cloth and water if the fixture is very dirty. Particular care should be taken to avoid abrasive materials and strong cleaning agents as they will quickly destroy the protective coatings and subject the finish to rapid oxidation and discoloration.
