Shipping Policy

Astremier is dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience, combining quality products with excellent service. We ship all applicable items for each order, so please double-check that your shipping address is correct.

Where are items located?

We maintain inventory in both our U.S. and Asia warehouses. If an item is out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, your order will be fulfilled from our Asia facility.

Countries/regions supported for shipping

We currently offer delivery in the U.S/Canada/Australia, P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO are not available now.
If your country is not listed, please contact us and ask for shipping rates to your location.

Order Processing Time

After placing your order, you will typically receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Orders are typically processed within 1–4 days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Taxes

(1) Standard Shipping

  • Delivered within 12-15 days from the date of shipment
  • Delivered by FedEx after customs clearance
  • Tracking becomes active after customs hand-off
  • We cover all shipping costs and import duties

(2) Express Shipping

  • Delivered within 5-7 days from the date of shipment
  • Fastest UPS delivery with full tracking included
  • Customers are responsible for all express shipping fees and any import taxes, VAT, or duties

In seldom cases, order delivery may be delayed. In that case, we can notify you via email.

I need an item by a certain date!

We cannot guarantee arrivals by a certain date.

Order Cancellations

  • Free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Cancellation or modification after 24 hours will incur a 5% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.
  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins.
  • Shipped order cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item after delivery according to our Return Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee along with a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect Address or Address Change

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@astremier.com. Once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed, and additional shipping fees may apply.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided and will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number or your order number (e.g., #3112) to Track Your Order. Please note that updates may be longer during events or holidays.
