We focus on the pursuit of product quality and efficient customer service. Please read the following information carefully to understand how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Return Policy

1. Return Window: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be sent to one of our designated processing centers in the United States or China.

Note: Custom-made products and light bulbs are not eligible for return. Damage or loss caused by the customer is not refundable.

2. Return Conditions & Charges

  • Defects or Shipping Damage: If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we offer a 100% refund, including return shipping, or a free replacement of the product or affected parts. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos for verification.
    Note: Shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) only accept damage claims within 7 days of delivery.
  • Personal Reasons: If you return a product due to an incorrect size or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued after inspection and will exclude the original shipping fee as well as a 15% restocking charge.

How do I return a product?

1. Initiate Your Return
Please email us at support@astremier.com, stating the receipt or proof of purchase, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. Additionally, please attach clear photos of both the inside and outside of the package to verify the product’s condition.
A customer service specialist will process your request and provide you with the correct return address within 24 hours. Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Shipping
Please return the item using a shipping method with tracking and signature confirmation, and ensure all parts are packed in the original packaging with all materials included. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return, and return shipping costs must be paid upfront.
Once shipped, please send a photo of your receipt and tracking number to support@astremier.com.

3. Refund Processing
Once your order is cancelled or the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

The exchange will be considered as return and re-purchase. Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly via live chat and email for a quick response.

Note: Customized and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation.

1. Order Not Yet Shipped:
Free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation or modification after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 5% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.

2. Order in Transit:
Cancellation will be treated as a return, and you will be responsible for return shipping. The original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
