Track your order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Registered customers can monitor their order status anytime by logging into their account. Guest customers may track your order using either the tracking number or your order number (e.g., #3112).

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
Custom-made products and light bulbs are not eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If the product itself arrives defective or damaged, we may, at our discretion, provide a full refund or free replacement.
Returns for Personal Reasons
For size issues or change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds exclude a 15% restocking fee.
How to initiate a Return
Contact support@astremier.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item and packaging. We will provide the correct return address once approved. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase.

Free cancellation within 48 hours of purchase.
Cancellation or modification after 48 hours but before shipment, a 10% restocking fee applies.
2. Order in Transit:
Cancellation will be treated as a return, and you will be responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Our products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty (excluding standard bulbs) against defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use.
