We maintain inventory in both our U.S. and Asia warehouses. If an item is out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, your order will be fulfilled from our Asia facility, and any import duties will be covered.

Order processing
After placing your order, you will typically receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Processing generally takes an additional 10–15 business days.

Shipment
Free shipping (FedEx/UPS/DHL): 4–5 business days.

Track your order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may use this number or your order number (e.g., #3112) to Track Your Order.

Note: P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO are not available now.

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
Custom-made products and light bulbs are not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a 100% refund or free replacement, including return shipping. Please report the issue within 5 business days with clear photos or videos.

Returns for Personal Reasons
For size issues or change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds exclude the original shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

How to initiate a Return
Contact support@astremier.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item and packaging. We will provide the correct return address. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase.

1. Order Not Yet Shipped:
Order cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, you receive a full refund.
Order cancelled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment, a 5% restocking fee applies.

2. Order in Transit:
Cancellation will be treated as a return, and you will be responsible for return shipping. The original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Our products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty (excluding standard bulbs) against defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use.
