1. Order Not Yet Shipped
Within 48 hours: Cancellation is free of charge.
After 48 hours but before shipment: Cancellation or modification is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

2. Order in Transit
Cancellation will be treated as a return, and you will be responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
