We don't maintain any inventory. Each fixture is carefully crafted and finished upon order to ensure quality and consistency.
Order processing
After placing your order, you will typically receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Crafting and Shipping
All delivery estimates include both crafting and shipping time.
- Free Delievery: 30–40 business days.
- Express (FedEx/UPS/DHL): 14–20 business days.
Track your order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Registered customers can monitor their order status anytime by logging into their account. Guest customers may track your order using either the tracking number or your order number (e.g., #3112).
Note: P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO are not available now.

90 DAYS HASSLE-FREE RETURN
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
Custom-made products and light bulbs are not eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If the product itself arrives defective or damaged, we may, at our discretion, provide a full refund or free replacement.
Returns for Personal Reasons
For size issues or change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds exclude a 15% restocking fee.
How to initiate a Return
Contact support@astremier.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item and packaging. We will provide the correct return address once approved. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase.

Order Cancellation or Modification
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly via live chat or email for a quick response.
Note: Customized items are not eligible for cancellation.
1. Order Not Yet Shipped:
Free cancellation within 48 hours of purchase.
Cancellation or modification after 48 hours but before shipment, a 10% restocking fee applies.
2. Order in Transit:
Cancellation will be treated as a return, and you will be responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
3-YEAR WARRANTY
Our products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty (excluding standard bulbs) against defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use.
What This Warranty Covers:
- Mechanical failures;
- Electrical failures;
- integrated LED component failures.

What We Will Do
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective part or product and cover the shipping cost for replacement items.

Hemisphere's crystal is lathe-carved and hand polished over several days to achieve its stunning luster. Suspended from a brass frame, the heavy domes play counterpoint to the refined arc.
